Basin Enterprises supported Redding Electric Utility’s ongoing maintenance and system improvement program from 2023 through 2025, delivering a range of distribution system upgrades and replacement work across REU’s service territory. Work included pole replacements, vault rebuilds, pad installations, and underground conductor installation in support of ongoing system maintenance, reliability improvements, and infrastructure renewal. The program required coordinated execution of civil and line construction activities across multiple work orders while maintaining safety, schedule performance, and support of an active utility system.
